Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy
If you are registered for the seminar but are unable to attend, you can send a colleague in your place by contacting the Jane's Events Department with their details.
If you have to cancel, we will refund your payment less an administration charge outlined below:

Cancellations can only be accepted in writing, by post, fax or e-mail.
A 10% administration fee will be payable if you cancel up to one month before the event. Cancellation between one month and one day before the event will incur a 50% handling fee and there will be no refunds after close of business on the day before the event.
