How can I enter the awards?
Nominations for this event have now closed. The deadline was
20 December 2010.
Completed forms were emailed to theawards@ihsjanes.com or posted to The
Editor, Jane's Airport Review, 163 Brighton Road, Coulsdon, Surrey CR5 2YH,
UK.
When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made public on the night of the
event. A shortlist in every category will be announced in the first week
of February.
What are the timings for the evening?
18.30 - Drinks Reception, Grand Ballroom
19.30 - Dinner, The Winter Gardens
21.00 - After Dinner Speech/Entertainment
21.30 - Awards Commence
22.30 - Post Event Bar Open
When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you via email shortly after you reserve your
table so that you can forward on to your confirmed guests.
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
Please notify the Event Manager via email (antonia.carew@janes.com)
of any special dietary requirements for your guests. Please make sure to advise
via email at least 72hrs prior to the event.
How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You are able to purchase tickets online by visiting the registration
pages and submitting your details.
Alternatively, you can contact the Event Manager on +44 (0)20 8700 3756 or
antonia.carew@janes.com to request a form.
What’s included in the price of the table?
The cost of the table includes:
- Drinks reception
- Three course evening meal
- Half bottle of wine with dinner
- The Awards Ceremony / Entertainment
What is the dress code for the evening?

Do you offer guests of the Jane’s ATC Awards preferential rates
at nearby hotels for the night of the awards?

What is the latest I can supply guest names?
We ask that wherever possible, guest names are supplied no later than ONE
WEEK BEFORE the event. We require some time to print table plans and inform
the venue of any special dietary requirements. In addition, security at the
venue requires that we submit a full guest list in advance of the night.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend, you can send another guest in your place by contacting
IHS Jane’s Events Department with their details. Cancellation of awards
dinner reservations prior to 7 February 2011 will attract a 50% cancellation
fee. For cancellations after 7 February 2011, full payment will be required.
