How can I register for a Jane’s conference?
You can register to attend any Jane’s conference online by clicking on the Booking section within the conference you wish to attend. You can also register by calling the Jane’s Events Department on +44 (0) 20 8700 3841 or by faxing a copy of the conference registration form to +44 (0) 20 8763 0277.

Where can I obtain a copy of a Jane’s conference brochure?
You can download a copy of the conference brochure by clicking on the conference brochure contained in the overview section of the conference you wish to attend. If one isn’t available there e-mail us at conference@janes.com and we’ll send you the information as soon as it is live.
When do I need to pay for the conference?
Payment must always be received prior to the conference in order to secure your place.
How can I pay for the conference?
Payment can be made online by credit card, by bank transfer or by cheque. Full payment details are contained within the booking form of the conference you wish to register for.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation letter, which includes an invoiced receipt. This will be sent out to you within a week of booking.
What is included in the price of my registration?
Full access into the conference, conference materials, all speaker presentations on a CD-ROM (sent no later than three working weeks following the conference), all refreshments and conference lunches are included. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform the conference department as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours prior to an event.
How many delegates usually attend Jane’s conferences?
This depends on the conference. Please do ask a Jane’s member of staff onsite if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you get full benefit from the day.
Are there special discounts to attend Jane’s conferences?
Yes. Early-bird registration discounts and special government rates are available at all our conferences. Please see the booking page within the conference you are interested in attending. To make sure you hear about offers in good time, make sure you are on our mailing list, e-mail conference@janes.com with your full contact details to be added.
How can I get to the venue?
Upon registering you will receive a confirmation letter with location information. Full details including a map of the venue are also available on the venue page of this website.
Is hotel accommodation included?
Hotel accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fee. Details of where to stay are included in the venue section of this website. Wherever possible, best rates have been secured for conference delegates either at the venue hotel or hotel(s) near to the venue.
What should I wear?
The dress code is business casual.
Special Requests
If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary requirements , please let us know when registering.
What are your cancellation and substitution policies
If you are unable to attend, you can send a colleague in your place by contacting the Jane’s Events Department with their details. If you have to cancel, we will refund your payment less an administration charge. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing, by post, fax or e-mail. A 10% administration fee is payable if you cancel up to one month before the event. Cancellation between this date and one day before the event will incur a 50% handling fee and there will be no refunds after close of business on the day before the event.
I couldn’t attend, but would like a copy of the speakers’ presentations from the conference?
Conference CD-ROM’s containing speaker presentations, useful resources and delegate material and audio (where available) can be purchased by clicking on the Past Proceedings page.
When will I receive my delegate pack, name badge and CD-ROM with all the speaker presentations?
Your delegate pack and name badges will be ready for you to collect when you arrive on the first day of the conference. Your CD-ROM containing speaker presentations will be mailed to you within three working weeks of the event.
